The Booking Process

  1. Send Us an Enquiry - Fill out our form with a few details - the more detail the better.

  2. Receive Your Quote - We’ll put together a tailored package based on your requiements and send over a clear no obligation quote.

  3. Confirm Your Booking - Once you’re happy, secure your marquee with a 20% booking deposit. Your date is then officially reserved.

  4. Planning & Layout - We’ll work with you to choose the right marquee size, lighting and layout ensuring everything fits your event.

  5. Delivery & Setup - We build your marquee one or two days prior your event so you can relax its arrived. This also gives you time to add your own decorations if you wish.

  6. Enjoy Your Event - Celebrate in style knowing everything is taken care of.

  7. Pack Down & Collection - After your event, we’ll return to dismantle and collect the marquee and furniture - leaving you with your space, just as we found it.
