  • Basic anchoring kit- Suitable for grass setups

  • Tables- Choose from 4ft/5ft round or 6ft long trestle tables

  • Chairs- Relax in our white fan back chairs or deckchairs

  • Decorations- Add a pop of colour with bunting and ivy

  • Heating - ‘Be Prepared’, don’t get chilly

What’s Not Included:

  • Power Supply- We will need access to a mains socket for the lighting (and heating if desired) - we supply the extension lead and can supply multiple power sockets into your marquee should you require

 FAQs

  • Comfortably fits 100 people standing, or up to 80 guests seated.

    You can mix it up and have around 60-70 guests seated with room to mingle and dance!

  • It really depends on what your vision is! The Espree can accommodate 6ft long trestle tables in a long banquet configuration, but if you need to split up your guests, a top table and our 4/5ft round tables are the best.

  • Yes! The Espree is made from durable, weatherproof material and can withhold some wind.

  • Absolutely. The price includes one full days hire. But we will usually install your espree one or two days prior at no extra cost. This also gives you chance to decorate it should you wish.

  • We usually set up a day or two before your event and take down the day after, depending on availability - giving you more time to prepare (or recover!)

  • Of course! Add your own banners, bunting or balloons. We just ask that you avoid pins or anything that could damage the material.

  • We will need clear, reasonably flat space of 35ft x 45ft (11mx14m) for the Espree. This is to allow room to us to assemble and anchor the poles in safely.

  • Yes please! We ask that your grass is cut short 3 - 4 days before setup as it makes it cleaner and safer for guests especially if you intend on having flooring.
    We also ask that the area is clear of any obstacles ie: toys, furniture etc.
